Align-Pilates Modular Step Barrel & Arc

The Modular Step Barrel & Arc, also known as the "Spine Corrector," significantly extends and strengthens the back, feet, and shoulder muscles, which have long been known to help with posture by lengthening and supporting the spine. All Align-Pilates reformers have slots that fit conveniently over the shoulder rests, allowing for both reformer and floor use. Our step can be used on the floor and has an anti-slip base. It can also be used with our 32" Maple Gondola Pole to provide additional exercise options. The Arc can be used independently and offers a different curvature than our standard stacking arc because it is also detachable and locks in place.

Additionally, it has three eyelets on each side that can be used with the Light, Medium, or Strong Align-Pilates Resistance Bands to intensify workouts and expand the range of applications for this versatile piece of equipment.
